Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Please contact us if any variation is required, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q How do I get my keys?
Access is through smart door locks so no keys are required. Codes will be sent by Whatsapp or text message on the day of your arrival. Please read the guide which gives clear instructions on accessing the building and your allocated bedroom.
Please contact us if you have not received a message by 12pm on your arrival day.
Q Is there car parking?

Q Is The Dial House dog friendly?
We are pleased to offer 5 dog-friendly rooms for well-behaved dogs at a cost of £20/stay. Our five dog friendly rooms available to book are China, Orient, The Print Room, Africa and Parisian Garrett .Please select this option during online booking or contact us directly to arrange this.
Q What about breakfast ?
We provide a voucher for you to get your breakfast at Bread Source, our artisanal bakery downstairs offering a range of high quality locally made produce; from pastries and juices to granola and freshly brewed coffee.
Q Does the hotel have disabled access?
Unfortunately as a Grade II listed Georgian building, all rooms are located on the first and second stories of the building, and so we are unable to offer lift access.If you have an accessibility requirements we ask you to contact us so we can advise whether the building or room you are interested in is suitable.
Q What is the room cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy tries to strike a balance between being flexible to guests who’s plans may change and our opportunity to resell any cancelled room bookings.
- If cancelled more than 7 days before the check-in date, there is no cancellation charge.
- If cancelled between 7 and 3 days of the check-in date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the reservation amount .
- If cancelled within 3 days or less of the check-in date then 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Q What are some of the nearby attractions?
Reepham is a beautiful market town in the heart of Norfolk. There are lots of lovely walks, great cycle routes as well as a few cosy pubs and bustling cafes to enjoy in and around the town. A short drive away you will find iconic National Trust properties such as Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park, the famous Norfolk coastline with its award winning beaches. Of course we mustn’t forget the Mediaeval city of Norwich with its attractions and famous shopping cobbled streets. When you book with us you will receive a guide with all our favourite places to visit, eat and drink and enjoy in the local area.
Q Are there any child-friendly attractions nearby?
For the kids, there is Roar Dinosaur Park just down the road, Blickling Hall, Bewilderwood, Pensthorpe (it has a great playgrounds and soft play) crabbing and paddling at the Norfolk beaches, Bure Valley Railway, boating on the Broads, kayaking on local rivers, Hilltop adventures, Norwich Castle, Wroxham Barns ……… the list goes on!
